Denver Real Estate Meetup Marks Six Years of Bringing Investors Together

What began as a house hacking meetup with four guests has grown into a monthly gathering for Denver’s real estate investing community.

DENVER, Colo. — The Denver Real Estate Meetup is wrapping up its sixth year, hosted in collaboration by Mike Stone of ThreePoint Mortgage and The FI Team. First known as the House Hacking Meetup, its inaugural gathering drew just four guests (the founders and their partners). Today, the organizers describe it as Denver’s longest running investor meetup.

On the first Wednesday of every month, new and experienced investors gather to learn from one another and build relationships. Speakers and conversations range from investors’ firsthand stories to practical guidance on mortgages, insurance, renovations and property management.

“Seeing this grow from three people in a room into a community that shows up for each other month after month has been incredible,” said Craig Curelop, founder of The FI Team. “Real estate investing gets easier when you can learn from people who are actually doing it. I’m grateful for everyone who has shared their experience, asked a question or helped someone make their next move.”

The group welcomes anyone interested in real estate investing, whether they are exploring a first house hack or growing an established portfolio. Join the group and find upcoming events at Meetup.com.

Add the first Wednesday of every month to your calendar and be in the room for the next one. The next Denver Real Estate Meetup is Wednesday, October 7, at 6 p.m. at Jackson’s LODO, 1520 20th Street in Denver.
